Where do you ship from?
We ship from Chattanooga, TN.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 5pm eastern time with ship next business day. Holidays may affect this.

Why did I not receive an email notification about shipping?
you may contact us at sami@cowsandblanks.com please allow 48 to 72hrs for response. Please only email once as multiple may slow response time. 

Has my order shipped?
You can log into your account any time to check the status of your order..

Shipping is taking longer than expected can I have a refund?
Unfortunately we have no control over shipping time and/or carrier delays. We don't not offer any refunds because of shipping delays. Please contact carrier in regards to any concerns

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do! You can add your items to your cart and calculate before you complete payment. Just click checkout, enter your details and view the shipping rates.

Can I cancel my order?
No. Once placed, we do not cancel orders.

Can I add to my order?
No. Once placed, we do not add to orders. You will have to place a second order and it will ship separately.

Can I change the items on my order?
No. Once placed, we do not modify orders.

How do you ship?
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Can I get a better shipping rate?
No. We do not set the rates. The rates are provided to us by the postal service.

 Do you take returns?

No. We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Can I exchange for a different size/color?
No. We do not accept exchanges.

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
If you received an incorrect order, please fill out a contact us and we will advise from there. All order problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in new and unused condition. We will not replace items that have already been personalized.

I had a damaged item. What do I do?
If you received your order with damages, please contact us at sami@cowsandblanks.com and we will advise from there. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will issue store credit for damages after photos are received for the cost of the item only.  All items must be in new and unused condition. We will not replace items that have already been personalized.

I messed up my item trying to personalize it. Will you replace it?
No, once you start the alteration process you assume all responsibility for the item.

How soon do you respond to customer service?
Our typical response time is one to two business days.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, email sami@cowsandblanks.com for more information. Minimum requirement of $500 for consideration.
